Section 166(1) in The Mumbai Municipal Corporation Act, 1888
(1)When all such complaints, if any, have been disposed of and the entries required by clause (e) of section 156 have been completed in the ward assessment book, the said book shall be authenticated by the Commissioner, who shall certify under his signature, that except in the cases, if any, in which amendments have been made as shown therein, no valid objection has been made to the rateable values [or the capital values, as the case may be,] [These words were inserted by Maharashtra 11 of 2009.
