Section 105(2)(b) in The Khadi And Village Industries Commission Employees (Pension) Regulations, 1984

(b)request the Director (Administration) with in the period specified in clause (a) that he may be permitted to reduce the amount of pension already applied for commutation to an amount to be indicated by the applicant.
