14. List of [Contesting Candidates] [Substituted by G.N. 2.8.1975.].
- On completion of the scrutiny of the nominations and after the expiry of the period within which a candidate may withdraw his candidature under rule 13, the Returning Officer shall forthwith under his signature publish on the notice board at the office of the Council a list of contesting candidates.
