Section 18(2) in The National Mineral Exploration Trust Rules, 2015
(2)The Member Secretary of the Executive Committee shall,-(a)administer and manage the Trust subject to the superintendence, control and direction of the Executive Committee.(b)exercise such administrative and financial powers as may be delegated by the Executive Committee or as may be assigned by the Chairperson, Executive Committee.
