Section 2(b) in The West Bengal Khadi And Village Industries Board Act, 1959

(b)"khadi" means any cloth, woven on handlooms in India from cotton, silk or woollen yarn hand-spun in India or from a mixture of any two or all of such yarns;
(bb)[ "Khadi and Village Industries Commission" means the Khadi and Village Industries Commission established under section 4 of the Khadi and Village Industries Commission Act, 1956;] [Clause (bb) inserted by W. B. Act 35 of 1983.]
