Section 4(1)(f) in Madhya Bharat Women's and Children's Institutions Licensing Act, 1954

(f)"Licensing Authority" means the District Magistrate of a District and includes an officer or officers authorised by the District Magistrate on his behalf to exercise all or any of the powers and perform all or any of the functions of Licensing Authority under this Act.
