Section 38 in Karnataka Urban Water Supply and Drainage Board Act, 1973
38. Establishment and maintenance of sinking and other funds.
- The Board may constitute a sinking fund, a depreciation reserve fund and a development fund in such manner and in such form as may be prescribed by regulations. Such funds shall be invested in such manner as may be determined by the Board with the approval of the Government.
