Section 11(1) in Arunachal Pradesh Water Supply Act, 2015
(1)No owner or occupier of any land or building to which water is supplied by the department shall either will fully or negligently or otherwise suffer such water to be wasted or shall suffer pipe, taps, works and fittings for the supply of water to remain without repair so as to cause wastage of water.
