Section 14(5)(a) in Birsa Munda Tribal University Act, 2017

(a)In any emergency which, in the opinion of the Vice-Chancellor, requires that immediate action should be taken, he shall take such action as he deems necessary and shall at the earliest opportunity thereafter furnish information regarding action with the reasons he has considered as emergent, to such officer, authority or body as would have in the ordinary course dealt with the matter.
