Section 9(4)(c) in Chhattisgarh Kamdhenu Vishwavidyalaya Adhiniyam, 2011

(c)is incapable of managing the affairs of the Vishwavidyalaya, the Chancellor may, notwithstanding the fact that the term of office of the Vice-Chancellor has not expired, by an order in writing stating the reasons therein, require the Vice-Chancellor to relinquish his office as from such date as may be specified in the order.
