Section 50(3) in The Goa, Daman and Diu Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Rules, 1975
(3)When two or more candidates present the admission card bearing the same seat number, the candidate whose name is shown in the Centre list against the said seat number shall be allowed to write that seat number on his/her answer book and the other candidates shall be allotted a provisional seat numbers as stated at (2) (a) above.
