Section 4(6) in The Central Warehousing Corporation Rules, 1963
(6)An elected director may resign his office by writing under his hand addressed to the Chairman and such resignation shall be effective from the date on which it is accepted by the Chairman or on the expiry of a period of one month form the date of its receipt by the Chairman, whichever is earlier.
