Section 41(1) in Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in Lok Sabha
(1)Subject to the provisions of sub-rule (2), a question may be asked for the purpose of obtaining information on a matter of public importance within the special cognizance of the Minister to whom it is addressed.
