(4)They shall also apply to the Assistant District Education Inspector, Extension Officer (Education) and Kelavani Nirikshak, Class III, of Panchayat Service who are eligible for promotion to the post or posts belonging to the cadres in the State service (Class-II posts) under the Education Department in accordance with the provisions of the Panchayat Service (Eligibility for promotion to cadres in State Services) Rules, 1966.
