5. Filling of casual vacancy.
(1)When a member of the Board referred to in clause (g) of sub-section (1) of section 6 resigns or dies or is removed from office or becomes incapable of acting, the State Government may by notification in the official Gazette, appoint a person to fill the vacancy.(2)A person appointed to fill the casual vacancy under sub-rule (1) shall hold office only so long as the member whose place he fills would have been entitled to hold office if the vacancy had not occurred.
