16. Appeal.
(1)Any person aggrieved by an order of the Authority refusing to grant or renew a certificate of registration or revoking or suspending the certificate of registration under the provisions of this Act, may file an appeal before the Appellate Authority, who shall be the Administrative Secretary of the Department of Animal Husbandry, Punjab.(2)The Appellate Authority, after giving a reasonable opportunity of being heard to the applicant, shall decide the appeal, as expeditiously as possible, but within three months.
