(5)Any person preferring an appeal under the provisions of the Act and of this Rule shall be entitled to obtain a copy of document filed with the licensing authority on payment of a fee at the rate of Rupees [Twenty five] [Substituted vide notification no. F. 19 (74)/Tpt/2000/Sectt./315 dated 23-08-2004.] per page.
