Section 185(4) in Rajasthan Registration Rules, 1955
(4)A note is to be added to the endorsement whenever:-(a)Payment of money or delivery of goods is made before the registering officer:(b)a receipt of consideration, in whole or part is admitted. The amount to be stated in (a) and (b):(c)receipt of consideration in whole or part is denied:(d)execution is admitted, but the admitter refuses to sign the endorsement.
