Section 14(4)(d) in Uttarakhand Special Area (Planned Development and Promotion of Tourism) Act, 2013

(d)The said register shall contain such particulars, including information as to the manner in which application for permission have been dealt with, as may be laid down in the regulations, and shall be available for inspection by the public at all reasonable hours on payment of such fee as may be laid down in the regulations.
