(2)On ceasing to hold office the Lokpal shall be ineligible for further employment (whether as Lokpal or in any other capacity) under the State Government or in any employment under or office in any local authority, corporation, government company as is referred to in sub-clause (iv) of clause k) of section 2 of this Act.
