Section 39(16)(a) in The Jharkhand State Agricultural University Act, 2000

(a)In the case of transferred employees employed by a University in University Departments in subjects in which there were corresponding Departments in the Government colleges at the time of establishment of a University, the seniority and emoluments of such employees vis-a-vis those of the rest shall be determined in consultation with the Government.
