Section 18(4) in Chhattisgarh Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Rules, 2006
(4)The child shall be admitted at any time and the Officer Incharge of the Children's Home/Reception Unit shall receive the child irrespective of the time. A child brought during the night shall be produced before the Committee at its next sitting for obtaining order.
