Section 13(1) in The Orissa Municipal Corporation Act, 2003
(1)Wherever in this Act the expression Standing Committee occurs, it shall unless the context otherwise requires, be deemed to refer to the particular Standing Committee to which the power or duty in connection with which the expression is used has been assigned by or under this Act.
