Section 12(7) in The Punjab Standards of Weights and Measures (Enforcement) Rules, 1993
(7)Every repairer licensed under the Act and these rules shall -(a)by required to maintain such equipment and tools, as the Controller may direct; and(b)furnish to the State Government a security deposit for each licence as specified in Schedule XI.
