1. The present revision petition has been filed under Section 397 read with Section 401 Cr.P.C. on behalf of the petitioners seeking partly setting aside of the impugned order dated20.12.2019 passed by the Family Court, Dwarka, New Delhi in MTNo.618/2017. The petitioners have also prayed that the maintenance amount be enhanced with effect from its date of filing in terms of the averments pleaded in the petition.
