Section 19(1) in The U.P. Avas Evam Vikas Parishad Adhiniyam, 1965
(1)Whenever the Board is of opinion that it is expedient or necessary to meet the need for house accommodation in any area, the Board may frame a Grihsthan Yojna (house accommodation scheme).
