Section 9(1) in Rajasthan Electrical Inspectorate (Formation of Technical Committee and Grant of Licence, Competency Certificate to work and Permit to work) Rules, 2016
(1)Application for Licence or Competency Certificate to work or Permit to work shall be made to the Office of the Chief/Senior Electrical Inspector (HoD) in Form-A or Form-B as the case may be, along with required documents and fees specified by the State Government.
