20. Appearance of Advocates, Pleaders, etc.
- Ordinarily no Advocate, Pleader, Muktyar or other legal representative will be allowed to appear before the Lokayukta or Upa-Lokayukta in the investigations under this Act :Provided that, the Lokayukta or Upa-Lokayukta may in specific cases allow the parties to appear through any such person.
