Section 77(1) in The Bihar Panchayat Raj Act, 2006
(1)The Zila Parishad shall constitute the following committees by election for effective discharge of its functions :(i)General Standing Committee(ii)Finance, Audit & Planning Committee(iii)Production Committee(iv)Social Justice Committee(v)Education Committee(vi)Committee on Public Health, Family Welfare & Rural Sanitation(vii)Public Works Committee
