Section 97A(b) in The Maharashtra Industrial Relations Act, 1946
(b)if such stoppage is in support of, or in sympathy with, a strike which is illegal under this Act or the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947, or any other law for the time being in force, whether or not in the same industry, occupation or undertaking.
