395. Bye-laws to be available for inspection and purchase.
(1)A copy of all bye-laws made under this Act shall be kept at the Corporation office and shall, during office hours, be open free of charge to inspection by any person of the Municipal area.(2)Copies of all such bye-laws shall be kept at the Corporation office and shall be sold to the public at cost price either singly or in collections at the option of the purchaser.
