30. Possession of Permits.
- Permits issued in Forms 'D' and 'G' as the case may be shall be carried on by the person of the holder when he is at work and shall be available for scrutiny on the spot by the Chairperson or the Secretary or by the Officers assisting the Chairperson except when they are sent for renewal.
