Section 5(2) in The U.P. Homoeopathic Medical Colleges (Acquisition and Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 1981
(2)Any person who on the appointed day, has in his possession, custody or control any book, papers or other documents relating to any property referred to in Section 3 shall be liable to account for the same to the Collector or to such other officer as may be authorised by the State Government in this behalf.
