27.01.2025 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Issue notice returnable within four weeks. Mr. R.K. Deb Choudhury, learned DSGI, appears for the respondent Nos. 1 to 4 and 7, 8 and 9, Mr. R.K. Talukdar, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent No.6.
Steps on respondent No.5 shall be taken by registered post with A/D as well as usual course within one week from today.
It is submitted at the Bar that another review petition is also pending which is seeking review of judgment which was rendered by a Co-ordinate Bench placing reliance on the judgment and order dated 18.02.2020 in WP(C) 1537/2018 which is presently under review in the present proceedings.
Page No.# 3/3 The learned counsel of the Bar submits that both the review petitions be listed together.
Considering the prayer made this review petition be listed along with Review Petition No. 46 of 2024.
