Section 84 in The Companies (Second Amendment) Act, 2002
84. Amendment of section 494.- In section 494 of the principal Act, in sub- section (5),-(a) for the words" or subject to the supervision of the Court", the words" the Tribunal" shall be substituted;
(b)for the words" sanctioned by the Court", the words" sanctioned by the Tribunal" shall be substituted.
