Section 23 in Azamabad Industrial Area (Termination and Regulation of Leases) Act, 1992
23. Validation.
- Notwithstanding anything in any judgement, decree, or order of any court or other authority,-(a)no suit or other proceeding shall be maintained or continued in any court or before any authority for the continuance of the lease, sub-lease or other arrangement or for the lessee, sub-lessee or person in occupation staying on the demised plot and all such proceedings shall abate; and(b)no court shall enforce any decree or order directing the continuance of the lease, sub-lease or other arrangement to be in occupation of the demised plot.
