Section 24(2) in Rajasthan Monuments, Archaeological Sites and Antiquities Rules, 1968
(2)No person shall carry on any mining, quarrying, excavating blasting and other operations of like nature in the area fixed under sub-rule (1), except in accordance with the terms and conditions of a licensee granted under sub-rule (3).
