Section 112 in Punjab Panchayat Samitis and Zila Parishads Act, 1961
112. Right of officers to attend meetings of Panchayat Samitis and Zila Parishads.-
Such officers as the Government may, by order, specify shall have the right to speak in and otherwise take part in the proceedings of any meeting of a Panchayat Samiti or Zila Parishad or any Committee thereof, but shall not by virtue of this section be entitled to vote at any such meeting.
