(8)The licensee shall provide and maintain in the licensed premises sufficient and accurate scales, weights, measures, lights, ladders and other appliances as instructed by officer-in-charge or other officer to enable the officer-in-charge or any other inspecting officer to take account of or to check by weight, gauge or measure, all material work, wash of wine manufactured, vetted, stored or bottled.
