Section 2(a) in The Rajasthan Land Reforms and Resumption of Jagirs Rules, 1954
(a)In these rules the expression ("Act" or "the Act" means the Rajasthan Land Reforms and Resumption of Jagirs Act, 1952 and the expression "Form" means a form annexed to these rules.
