Section 49 in The Bihar Agricultural Produce Markets Act, 1960
49. Trial and cognizance of offences.
(1)No court inferior to the court of a Magistrate of the Second Class shall take cognizance of, or try, any offence under this Act or under the rules or bye-laws made thereunder.(2)No court shall take cognizance of any alleged contravention of the provisions of this Act, the rules or bye-laws or of any order made thereunder except with the previous sanction of the authority prescribed in this behalf.
