Section 130(1) in Uttarakhand Co-Operative Societies Act, 2003
(1)Any suit, other proceeding , enquiry or inspection instituted or commenced under the U.P. co-operative societies Act 1965, shall so far as may be, be deemed to have been instituted or commenced under this Act and may be continued accordingly.
