Sri P.K. Pandey, learned Standing Counsel has filed short counter affidavits on behalf of the O.P. Nos.1 to 3. According to him the writ petition of the applicant, in which the interim order was passed, non-compliance of which has been alleged had since been disposed of on 18.11.2009 and as such the notices have been got issued in the contempt application by concealment of material facts by the applicant. The learned counsel for the applicant prays for and is allowed a month's time to file reply to the short counter affidavits filed today.
