Section 6(1) in The Rajasthan Sports (Registration, Recognition and Regulation of Associations) Ordinance, 2004
(1)After the Registrar is satisfied that the proposed Sports Association complies with the provisions of this Ordinance, he shall, within thirty days from the date of receipt of application, register the Sports Association together with its bye-laws and issue a certificate thereof under his hand and seal.
