Section 7 in Uttaranchal Higher Judicial Service Rules, 2004
7. Reservation of posts for scheduled caste etc.
- Reservation to posts in the service for candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes. Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes and others shall be in accordance with the orders of the Government for reservation in force and approved by the Court at the time of direct recruitment.
