5. Inspection of Warehouses by Accreditation Agency.
(1)Before the grant of certificate of accreditation, an accreditation agency shall appoint one or more persons as examiners to undertake an inspection of the warehouse to ensure that all the, conditions prescribed under sub-regulation (3) of regulation 3 are fulfilled.(2)The fee for accreditation of a warehouse shall be borne by the relevant warehouseman.
