(2)Where an order is made staying the proceeding in the winding-up, the order shall direct that the applicant at whose instance the order for stay was made shall, within seven days of the making of the order, file a certified copy thereof with the Registrar in Form No. 11.Explanation. - In computing the period of thirty days from the date of the order, the requisite time for obtaining a certified copy of the order shall be excluded.Payment of Unclaimed Distributable Sums and Undistributed Assets into the LLPS Liquidation Account in a Winding Up
