2. Amendment of section 30 of Central Act 16 of 1908.
- In the Registration Act, 1908, in this application to the State of Punjab (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), in Section 30,-(i)in sub-section (1), the brackets and figure "(1)" shall be omitted; and(ii)sub-section (2) shall be omitted
