(12)Notwithstanding anything contained in this section, the Executive Council with the prior approval of the Chancellor, or the Management with the prior approval of the Vice-Chancellor, may appoint on deputation on the post of a teacher any Government servant who possesses the qualifications prescribed for the post.] [Substituted by Uttar Pradesh Act No. 5 of 1977.]
