Section 7 in Arunachal Pradesh State Higher Education Council Act, 2019
7. The Visitor.
(1)The Chief Minister of Arunachal Pradesh shall, by virtue of his office, be the Visitor of the Council.(2)The Visitor shall have the right to call for report on any matter pertaining to the affairs of the Council and offer suggestions for the improvement of the functioning of the Council.(3)The Visitor shall preside over the meeting of the Advisory Council.
